Darn scale grabbed me again today. I keep telling myself to weigh on Sundays only....oh well. Not much but still a loss. I'll take it.

Fat: 81.50g | Prot: 93.00g | Carb: 64.86g.   Breakfast:  ham, fried egg. Lunch:  boc choy, ham, romaine lettuce, green olives, spinach, sweet pepper, celery, CHEDDAR CHEESE, boiled egg, KALE, CHORIZO, ONION. Dinner:  stir fry. Snacks/Other:  pickled egg, salami.
