Lunch:  kikkoman stir fry sauce, hy vee sugar snap peas stir fry, bonless skinless chicken breast, hormel sirloin pork roast, Fast & Natural Whole Grain Instant Brown Rice, vegtable oil. Snacks/Other:  Special K Cereal Bars - Blueberry, kellogs nutri grain cereal bar, Grapes.
