Lunch:  Bell Peppers, Baby Spinach, Mixed Salad Greens, Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Dinner:  Thin Crust Pizza with Meat and Vegetables, Cooked Green Cabbage, Mashed Potato made with Milk (from Fresh). Snacks/Other:  Baked or Broiled Haddock, Black Olives, Raspberries.
