Fat: 19.62g | Prot: 34.02g | Carb: 154.00g.   Breakfast:  French Vanilla Coffee Creamer Cups, Low Fat Granola Cereal with Raisins, yoplait greek yogurt. Lunch:  35 Calorie White Bread, Creamy Peanut Butter, smucker low sugar grape jelly. Dinner:  act ii fat free popcorn, mozzarella cheese stick kraft. Snacks/Other:  act ii fat free popcorn, bacardi rum.
