Fat: 72.49g | Prot: 55.29g | Carb: 205.75g.   Breakfast:  Special K Cereal Bars - Vanilla Crisp, danimals banana smoothie. Lunch:  sea salt almonds blue diamond, fudge 100, baby carrots. Dinner:  Pepperjack Cheese, 6" Italian Herbs & Cheese Bread, Roasted Chicken Patty, Onions, Lettuce, Cool Ranch Tortilla Chips (Package). Snacks/Other:  Cheez-It White Cheddar Crackers, Almond Nut-Thins - Pecan Nut & Rice Cracker Snacks, Extra Sharp Cracker Cuts, Candy Cane Kisses, Baked! Original Potato Crisps (Package).
