Fat: 53.88g | Prot: 55.42g | Carb: 309.99g.   Breakfast:  Milk (Nonfat), Bananas , Cranberry Almond Crunch, Coffee Mate Hazelnut Lactose Free. Lunch:  Quinoa, Kalamata Olives, Soybeans (Mature Seeds, Steamed, Cooked) , Pears , Gala Apples, Cucumber (with Peel) , Celery , Cream of Cauliflower Soup (Prepared with Milk). Dinner:  Egg, Golden Flax Bread, Black Olives. Snacks/Other:  Hazelnut No Sugar Added, Jujube, Bananas .
