Dinner:  Artichoke Hearts in Oil, Baby Carrots, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber (with Peel), Edamame Beans, Green Leaf Lettuce, Ground Turkey, Lemon, Mustard, Red Kidney Beans (Canned), Skinless Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other:  Green Tea.
