Fat: 89.45g | Prot: 78.97g | Carb: 225.75g.   Breakfast:  Oatmeal, Scrambled Egg. Lunch:  Capellini, Ginger Sesame Dressing, Grilled Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Mixed Salad Greens, Raw Vegetable. Dinner:  Broccoli and Cheese Stuffed Chicken, Chicken Cordon Bleu, Sweet Potato Fries. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Chip Cookie.
