Fat: 51.88g | Prot: 87.03g | Carb: 490.21g.   Breakfast:  Bananas , Fat Free Skim Milk, Frozen Whole Strawberries, Generation UCAN Vanilla Protein Drink. Lunch:  Oven Roasted Turkey Breast Slices, Split Butter Wheat Bread, Throwback (Bottle), Wheat Thins Reduced Fat Baked Snack Crackers. Dinner:  Baked! Sour Cream and Onion Flavored Potato Crisps, Baked! Sour Cream and Onion Flavored Potato Crisps , Fat Free Skim Milk, Honey Nut Cheerios. Snacks/Other:  Bananas , Blueberry Streusel Breakfast Bread, Pike Place Roast (Tall), Shedd's Spread (Butter), Snickers Bar (Fun Size).
