Fat: 39.18g | Prot: 76.38g | Carb: 238.04g.   Breakfast:  Mini Breaks, Red Grapes. Lunch:  Baby Beetroot, Baked Stars, Cottage Cheese, Fat Free Yoghurt Drink, Lettuce, Pineapple, Tomatoes, Turkey Breast Chunks. Dinner:  Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Double Chocolate Brownies, Tuna Mayonnaise. Snacks/Other:  Cappuccino (Medio), Cheese and Onion, Mini Breaks, Tic Tac.
