Fat: 52.03g | Prot: 81.36g | Carb: 193.20g.   Breakfast:  apple, banana, beet, spinach, carrot, honey, almond milk, frozen berry, greek yogurt, kirkland orange juice, Gold Standard 100% Whey - Double Rich Chocolate. Lunch:  sabatinos sausage. Snacks/Other:  lean pocket pretzel, zone chocolate peanut butter, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), irish cream, White Chocolate Chip Macadamia Nut Cookies, icing.
