Lunch:  Angies coffee w cmate and sugar, Bananas, Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter. Dinner:  American Cheese, Original Chicken Sandwich, Waffle Potato Fries (Small). Snacks/Other:  After Glow, Cardio Cuts, Lightly Salted Dry Roasted Peanuts, Repower - GNC.
