Fat: 64.27g | Prot: 77.87g | Carb: 204.11g.   Breakfast:  yogurt (Astro), bran buds, whey isolate. Lunch:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Pizza with Meat, Catalina Dressing. Dinner:  Rice Noodles, Pork Chop, Chinese Cabbage (Bok-Choy, Pak-Choi), Carrot Slaw, Mung Beans (Mature Seeds, Sprouted), Barbeque Sauce (Low Sodium, Canned), Chocolatey Chip Cookie Dough. Snacks/Other:  Cashew Nuts, Coffee or Table Cream (Light), Mini-Snacks Natural California Raisins, Leather Fruit Bars, Professional Strength Whey Protein.
