Fat: 64.27g | Prot: 77.87g | Carb: 204.11g.   Breakfast:  bran buds, whey isolate, yogurt (Astro). Lunch:  Catalina Dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Pizza with Meat. Dinner:  Barbeque Sauce (Low Sodium, Canned), Carrot Slaw, Chinese Cabbage (Bok-Choy, Pak-Choi), Chocolatey Chip Cookie Dough, Mung Beans (Mature Seeds, Sprouted), Pork Chop, Rice Noodles. Snacks/Other:  Cashew Nuts, Coffee or Table Cream (Light), Leather Fruit Bars, Mini-Snacks Natural California Raisins, Professional Strength Whey Protein.
