Fat: 117.88g | Prot: 191.84g | Carb: 84.19g.   Breakfast:  4% Small Curd Cottage Cheese, Bacon (Cured, Broiled, Pan-Fried or Roasted, Cooked) , Butter , Cranberries , Egg, Emergen-C Lite, Green Tea, Pomegranate Arils, Psyllium Whole Husks. Lunch:  98% Fat Free Honey Roasted Turkey Breast, Coffee, Cos or Romaine Lettuce , Emergen-C Lite, Provolone Cheese , Psyllium Whole Husks, Spicy Guacamole. Dinner:  Blue & Roquefort Cheese Salad Dressing (Without Salt) , Pork Chop, Shake 'n Bake Original Chicken, Shrimp, Spring Mix. Snacks/Other:  100% Whey Protein Chocolate, Beef Sticks, Lite Beer (Bottle), Psyllium Whole Husks.
