Lunch:  Psyllium Whole Husks, Emergen-C Lite, Cos or Romaine Lettuce , Spicy Guacamole, 98% Fat Free Honey Roasted Turkey Breast, Provolone Cheese , Coffee. Dinner:  Shrimp, Shake 'n Bake Original Chicken, Pork Chop, Spring Mix, Blue & Roquefort Cheese Salad Dressing (Without Salt) . Snacks/Other:  100% Whey Protein Chocolate, Psyllium Whole Husks, Lite Beer (Bottle), Beef Sticks.
