Fat: 40.44g | Prot: 56.01g | Carb: 118.37g.   Breakfast:  Brown Sugar Blend, Steel Cut Oats, French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer, Pure Almond Milk - Original, Sweet Cherries, Blackberries. Lunch:  Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Shrimp & Lobster Ravioli with Butter Sauce. Dinner:  Baked Potato (Peel Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Cabernet Sauvignon Wine.
