Lunch:  Bananas, Celery, Chicken Salad Wrap, Crackers, High Protein Shake - Chocolate, Mixed Beans, Original, Stuffed Green Olives. Dinner:  pho, vietnamese sub. Snacks/Other:  swiss dark chocolate.
