Fat: 90.68g | Prot: 79.00g | Carb: 163.62g.   Breakfast:  Crunchy Granola Bars - Oats 'N Honey. Lunch:  Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Cucumber (with Peel), Fancy Shredded Mexican 4 Cheese Blend, Fuji Apples, Peeled Baby-cut Carrots, Rotisserie Chicken, Salsa Ranch Yogurt Dressing. Dinner:  Chicken Club Pizza, Soft Bread Stick with Garlic and Parmesan Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Dry Roasted Salted Almonds, Kirkland Whole Fancy Indian Cashews, lmmune plus.
