Fat: 4.96g | Prot: 27.29g | Carb: 111.47g.   Breakfast:  Herbal Tea, Red Delicious Apples. Lunch:  Plain Yogurt (Lowfat), Tea (Brewed), Whole wheat spaghetti. Dinner:  Apple, Honey, Nonfat Plain Yogurt(tsp honey).
