Went to the doctor yesterday and was congratulated on losing weight! I didn't even think I had, but almost 10 lbs gone!!!

Fat: 29.75g | Prot: 31.28g | Carb: 134.95g.   Breakfast:  oatmeal blueberries and cream. Lunch:  fried rice, sesame chicken, cheese wonton, tuna salad, Sourdough Crispbread. Dinner:  pizza hut stuffed crust, dirty rice. Snacks/Other:  pear, toaster strudel, tropical sugar free popsicle.
