Fat: 85.46g | Prot: 136.41g | Carb: 90.61g.   Breakfast:  Advantage Chocolate Chip Granola Bar, Fresh Pork Sausage, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked). Lunch:  Cheddar Cheese, Cherry Tomatoes, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), Cucumber (with Peel), Endive, Chicory, Escarole or Romaine Lettuce, Ranch Salad Dressing, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast, Spinach. Dinner:  Santa Fe Salad.
