Lunch: Cheddar Cheese, Cherry Tomatoes, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), Cucumber (with Peel), Endive, Chicory, Escarole or Romaine Lettuce, Ranch Salad Dressing, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast, Spinach. Dinner: Santa Fe Salad.
