Fat: 95.48g | Prot: 42.33g | Carb: 298.72g.   Breakfast:  Craisins, Oatmeal (Fat Added in Cooking), Organic Raw Blue Agave Syrup. Lunch:  Chicken Noodle Soup, Yellow Sweet Corn. Dinner:  Chili with Beans (Canned), Orange Sweet Rolls. Snacks/Other:  Microwave Popcorn with Butter, Mounds (Snack Size), Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts.
