Fat: 95.48g | Prot: 42.33g | Carb: 298.72g.   Breakfast:  Oatmeal (Fat Added in Cooking), Craisins, Organic Raw Blue Agave Syrup. Lunch:  Yellow Sweet Corn, Chicken Noodle Soup. Dinner:  Orange Sweet Rolls, Chili with Beans (Canned). Snacks/Other:  Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts, Microwave Popcorn with Butter, Mounds (Snack Size).
