Ok - day 2 back home - super motivated 3 miles yesterday and 4 today - p90x as well - here we go! Made great scallop meal with butternut squash last ...

Fat: 20.14g | Prot: 62.01g | Carb: 123.09g.   Breakfast:  Activia Fat Free Strawberry Yogurt, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Fiber One Bran cereal, Sweet 'N Low, unsweetened almond milk. Lunch:  banana peppers, broccoli, Classic Salad Mix, Light Mayo, Light Tuna Fish (Drained Solids In Water, Canned). Dinner:  curried quinoa. Snacks/Other:  Clementines , dark chocolate hershey kiss, Fuji Apples.
