Fat: 16.31g | Prot: 73.69g | Carb: 151.29g.   Breakfast:  rasin bran, milk, coffee, non dairy creamer. Lunch:  chicken breast, banana, salad. Dinner:  whole wheat pasta, egg. Snacks/Other:  Cocoa and Sugar Mixture (with Lowfat Milk), yogurt.
