Fat: 97.11g | Prot: 161.73g | Carb: 303.96g.   Breakfast:  Bananas , Coffee, Fizzing Drink Mix - Raspberry (Single Packet), Grape-Nuts Cereal, Milk (Nonfat). Lunch:  12" Black Forest Ham, Cheddar Cheese, Large or Small Curd Creamed Cottage Cheese. Dinner:  Kalamata Olives, Olive Oil, Red Table Wine, Red Table Wine, Roasted Garlic & Olive Oil Couscous, Swiss Chard, Wild Sockeye Salmon. Snacks/Other:  100% Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, Crackers, Crown Prince Wild Caught Brisling Sardines Mediterranean Style.
