Lunch:  Baked or Broiled Haddock, Baked or Fried Coated Chicken Breast with Skin, Cooked Green Cabbage, Sweet Red Peppers. Dinner:  Lasagna with Meat. Snacks/Other:  Carrot Muffin, Natural Peanut Butter, Strawberry Jam, White Bread.
