Fat: 72.88g | Prot: 112.28g | Carb: 40.24g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Coffee, Cheddar Cheese , No Calorie Sweetener, Ground Turkey (Cooked) , No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Red Onions, Bell Peppers. Lunch:  Grilled Chicken, Cooked Cauliflower (from Fresh), Sensibly Seasoned Lower Sodium Collard Greens. Dinner:  Stir-Fry Vegetables, Wild Atlantic Salmon , Sensibly Seasoned Lower Sodium Collard Greens. Snacks/Other:  Twix Minis, Cheddar Cheese , Spinach and Artichoke Hummus, Celery, Cashew Nuts.
