Lunch: Cooked Cauliflower (from Fresh), Grilled Chicken, Sensibly Seasoned Lower Sodium Collard Greens. Dinner: Sensibly Seasoned Lower Sodium Collard Greens, Stir-Fry Vegetables, Wild Atlantic Salmon . Snacks/Other: Cashew Nuts, Celery, Cheddar Cheese , Spinach and Artichoke Hummus, Twix Minis.
