Fat: 72.88g | Prot: 112.28g | Carb: 40.24g.   Breakfast:  Bell Peppers, Cheddar Cheese , Coffee, Egg, Ground Turkey (Cooked) , No Calorie Sweetener, No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Red Onions. Lunch:  Cooked Cauliflower (from Fresh), Grilled Chicken, Sensibly Seasoned Lower Sodium Collard Greens. Dinner:  Sensibly Seasoned Lower Sodium Collard Greens, Stir-Fry Vegetables, Wild Atlantic Salmon . Snacks/Other:  Cashew Nuts, Celery, Cheddar Cheese , Spinach and Artichoke Hummus, Twix Minis.
