Dinner:  Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, Asparagus Spears - Frozen, PLUS Farfalle Multigrain Pasta. Snacks/Other:  Complete Casein, Light Fat Free Yogurt - Red Raspberry, Chocolate Brownie.
