Fat: 111.61g | Prot: 123.49g | Carb: 56.72g.   Breakfast:  ground turkey, Coffee, cheddar cheese, Cream (Half & Half, Fat Free), maple syrup. Lunch:  feta and cucumber salad, chicken and mushroom soup. Dinner:  Roasted Red Pepper, Oven Roasted Cured Turkey Breast & White Turkey, Grape Tomatoes, Cheddar Cheese, Olive Oil, Low Fat Vanilla Soy Milk. Snacks/Other:  babybel cheese.
