Fat: 111.61g | Prot: 123.49g | Carb: 56.72g.   Breakfast:  cheddar cheese, Coffee, Cream (Half & Half, Fat Free), ground turkey, maple syrup. Lunch:  chicken and mushroom soup, feta and cucumber salad. Dinner:  Cheddar Cheese, Grape Tomatoes, Low Fat Vanilla Soy Milk, Olive Oil, Oven Roasted Cured Turkey Breast & White Turkey, Roasted Red Pepper. Snacks/Other:  babybel cheese.
