Fat: 72.30g | Prot: 83.92g | Carb: 156.78g.   Breakfast:  Dark Chocolate Dreams Peanut Butter, Oat Bran Hot Cereal, silk light soy milk, Maple Flavored Sausage Patties, Freshly Squeezed Grapefruit Juice. Lunch:  Chili Powder, canned tomatoes, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat), beans, Tostadas. Dinner:  Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese, Ak-Mak Bakeries Whole Wheat Crackers, Apple. Snacks/Other:  See's Lollipop, Low Sodium Almonds, Milk Chocolate.
