Lunch: beans, canned tomatoes, Chili Powder, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat), Tostadas. Dinner: Ak-Mak Bakeries Whole Wheat Crackers, Apple, Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese. Snacks/Other: Low Sodium Almonds, Milk Chocolate, See's Lollipop.
