Fat: 75.03g | Prot: 88.63g | Carb: 331.79g.   Breakfast:  Bacon, Fruit and/or Nuts Muffin, Oatmeal. Lunch:  Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Greek Olives, Hummus, Multigrain Bread, Red Onions, Roasted Peppers, Spinach. Dinner:  Butter Sauce, Cheese Filled Tortellini. Snacks/Other:  Bread Pudding, Vanilla Ice Creams.
