Fat: 21.16g | Prot: 112.61g | Carb: 238.86g.   Breakfast:  Mini Breaks, Pink Lady Apples, Red Grapes. Lunch:  Apple Juice, Baby Beetroot, Cheese and Onion, Cottage Cheese, Fat Free Yoghurt Drink, Lettuce, Pineapple, Pineapple, Tomatoes, Turkey Breast Chunks. Dinner:  2% Fat Milk (Semi-Skimmed Milk), Caramel Crunch Dessert, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Fusilli Pasta, Green Peas (Frozen), Mushrooms, Soft Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Caramel Rice Cake, Highlights Hot Chocolate, Tic Tac.
