Fat: 50.94g | Prot: 149.81g | Carb: 95.03g.   Breakfast:  Turkey Breast Cutlets, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Lunch:  Ortega tortilla strips, Real Mayonnaise, Sweet Pickle Relish, Tongal Tuna. Dinner:  Beef Rib Eye (Small End, Lean Only, Trimmed to 0" Fat, Choice Grade), Side of Creamy Mashed Cauliflower. Snacks/Other:  Ezekiel 4:9 Sesame Sprouted Whole Grain Bread, Pumpkin Pie, Strawberry Jam.
