Dinner: Beef Rib Eye (Small End, Lean Only, Trimmed to 0" Fat, Choice Grade), Side of Creamy Mashed Cauliflower. Snacks/Other: Ezekiel 4:9 Sesame Sprouted Whole Grain Bread, Pumpkin Pie, Strawberry Jam.
