Fat: 48.80g | Prot: 58.73g | Carb: 115.22g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), irish cream, quaker high fiber. Dinner:  cherry coke, chicken/falafel kebab wrap. Snacks/Other:  chive cream cheese, chocolate wafer cookie, kind dark chocolate cinnamon pecan, oscar mayer ham, persian cucmber.
