Fat: 67.19g | Prot: 130.05g | Carb: 32.54g.   Breakfast:  eggs, all whites, farmer johns bacon, cucumber, cheese, cucumbers. Lunch:  spinach, grilled chicken, Mozzarella Cheese. Dinner:  optimum nutrion casein, turkey bacon, broccoli. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, optimum nutrtion, Smoked Mozzarella with Artichokes & Garlic Chicken Sausage, Boiled Egg, cheese, Green Summer Squash.
