Fat: 49.62g | Prot: 70.28g | Carb: 142.61g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Green Tea, No Calorie Sweetener, Olive Oil, Spinach. Lunch:  brownie, lays potato chips classic, lettuce, turkey lunch meat, wheat bread. Dinner:  3-Color Deli Coleslaw, Ezekiel 4:9 Bread, Fat Free Toasted Sesame Soy and Ginger Vinaigrette, Kale, Olive Oil, Provolone Cheese, Spinach, Turkey Breast Meat. Snacks/Other:  Chewy Granola Bars - Cherry Dark Chocolate, Light Chocolate Soymilk.
