Lunch:  turkey lunch meat, wheat bread, lettuce, lays potato chips classic, brownie. Dinner:  Ezekiel 4:9 Bread, Kale, Olive Oil, Turkey Breast Meat, Provolone Cheese, Spinach, 3-Color Deli Coleslaw, Fat Free Toasted Sesame Soy and Ginger Vinaigrette. Snacks/Other:  Chewy Granola Bars - Cherry Dark Chocolate, Light Chocolate Soymilk.
