Ran on treadmill this morning. Knee a little sore. Biking class tonight with group using our own bikes. Should be good.

Fat: 86.43g | Prot: 83.92g | Carb: 94.96g.   Breakfast:  boiled egg, Chobani Lowfat Greek Yogurt - Strawberry/Banana, organic creamy peanut butter, whole grain bagel. Lunch:  Jason's Deli salad bar, Salad Bar - make your own - Jason's Deli. Dinner:  Kobe Beef patty - no bun, saute spinach with minced garlic. Snacks/Other:  Banana, orange.
