Fat: 25.66g | Prot: 24.70g | Carb: 174.53g.   Breakfast:  Banana, Blueberries, Fiber one cereal, Soy milk. Lunch:  Balsamic vinegar, Meatless Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce, Olive oil, Salad.
