Fat: 102.25g | Prot: 156.66g | Carb: 145.83g.   Breakfast:  spinach smoothie, banana, blueberries, milk, vanilla yogurt. Lunch:  boiled egg, chicken breast, salad, tomatoe, cucumber, mustard, olive oil, red vinegar, flavored water, radishes. Dinner:  chicken breast, tomatoe, avacado. Snacks/Other:  cake pop, water, carrots, snap peas, hummus, tea, coffee, cheese cubes, red wine.
