Lunch:  Baby Spinach, Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, Bell Peppers, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Mixed Salad Greens. Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Haddock, Cooked Green Cabbage, Mashed Potato made with Milk (from Fresh). Snacks/Other:  Blueberries, Blueberry Muffins.
