Fat: 52.35g | Prot: 57.71g | Carb: 161.90g.   Breakfast:  honey nut cheerio medley crunch, skim milk. Lunch:  american cheese, arugula, flat out multi grain, mayo, pickled okra, starkist yellow fin tuna in olive oil. Dinner:  mini cheese pizza. Snacks/Other:  chocolate cupcake homemade, emerald roasted almonds.
