Fat: 53.54g | Prot: 93.67g | Carb: 287.30g.   Breakfast:  Boston Baked Beans, Fuji Apples, Tofu Shirataki Fettuccine, Chunk Light Tuna in Water, Light French Onion Cheese Wedges, lemon almonds, Strawberry Filled Candy, Yellow Summer Squash, BBQ Sauce, Unsalted Tortilla Chips, Pistachio Nuts, Dry Roasted Salted Peanuts. Lunch:  Greek 100 Yogurt - Mixed Berry, Gold Standard 100% Whey - Double Rich Chocolate, White Corn Tortillas, 100 Calorie Healthy Pop Butter, Whole Kernel Corn (No Salt Added).
