Fat: 57.00g | Prot: 35.90g | Carb: 150.51g.   Breakfast:  banana, blueberries, chia seed, cinnamon, flax seed, hemp, soya milk, strawberry. Lunch:  almonds, avocado, garden salad, seaweed salad. Dinner:  assorted vegetables, kale, mushroom, nori, organic vegetable broth, walnuts, zucchini. Snacks/Other:  banana, clementines, pear, walnuts.
