Fat: 51.23g | Prot: 149.80g | Carb: 167.29g.   Breakfast:  coffee, egg, egg whites, pink grapefruit, sweet potato. Lunch:  chicken breast, tomato bisque soup. Dinner:  broccoli, carrots, pot roast. Snacks/Other:  almonds, banana, orange, red delicious.
