Fat: 90.57g | Prot: 123.85g | Carb: 294.08g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Caramel Macchiato Coffee Creamer, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Quick Oats 100% Whole Grain Oats, Sugar Free Chocolate Chips. Lunch:  Chunk White Chicken, Chunk White Chicken, Fat Free Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Fat Free Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Lite Honey Mustard Dressing, Lite Honey Mustard Dressing, Original 99% Fat Free Yogurt - Mixed Berry, Red Onions, Red Onions, Spinach, Spinach. Dinner:  Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Tater Tots (Regular). Snacks/Other:  Coffee, Milk (Nonfat), Peanut M&M's, Special K Cracker Chips - Southwest Ranch, Special K Cracker Chips - Southwest Ranch, Vanilla Creme Protein Shake (14 oz).
