Fat: 64.56g | Prot: 83.65g | Carb: 167.05g.   Breakfast:  Dark Chocolate Dreams Peanut Butter, Oat Bran Hot Cereal, silk light soy milk. Lunch:  Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Frozen Tiger Shrimp, Green Peas (Frozen), Marinara Pasta Sauce-No Salt Added, Multigrain Bread, Onions, Salt, veggie penne. Dinner:  beans, canned tomatoes, Chili Powder, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat). Snacks/Other:  See's Lollipop, Smokehouse Almonds.
