Fat: 49.78g | Prot: 87.39g | Carb: 225.49g.   Breakfast:  Liqueur with Cream, Oikos Traditional Greek Yogurt - Key Lime, Organic Brown Flaxseeds, simpy creamer, Skim Plus, Strawberries. Lunch:  apple, banan, eas cab control, oikos. Dinner:  Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Honey Barbecue Sauce, Spaghetti. Snacks/Other:  100 grand, baked naturals, Simply Natural Blue Corn Tortilla Chips.
