Lunch:  Fat Free Yoghurt Drink, Sweet Onions, Baby Beetroot, Tomatoes, Lettuce, Cottage Cheese, Turkey Breast Chunks, Pineapple, Shapers Salt & Vinegar Spirals. Dinner:  Medium Soft White, Light, Poached Egg, Bacon, Mushrooms, Tomato Ketchup, Caramel Crunch Dessert. Snacks/Other:  Highlights Hot Chocolate, Pink Lady Apples, Conference Pears, Salt & Vinegar (22g).
