Fat: 60.84g | Prot: 79.38g | Carb: 120.40g.   Breakfast:  quaker high fiber, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), irish cream. Lunch:  knudsen small curd cottage cheese, sabatinos sausage, italiano salad. Dinner:  florentine chicken burgers, pepperjack cheese, oroweat multi grain sandwich thins, kraft olive oil mayo, Sweet Potato Julienne Fries. Snacks/Other:  ENSAIMADA, builders bar.
