Dinner:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Beef Top Sirloin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade), Deep Fried Potato French Fries (from Frozen). Snacks/Other:  Turkey Submarine Sandwich with Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato and Spread, Classic Potato Chips (28.3g).
