Dinner:  Beef Top Sirloin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade), Deep Fried Potato French Fries (from Frozen), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Classic Potato Chips (28.3g), Turkey Submarine Sandwich with Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato and Spread.
