Lunch:  Fat Free American Cheese Singles, Classic Yellow Mustard, V-Fusion Peach Mango Juice, Cajun Style Breast of Turkey, hamburger bun, cottage cheese hiland fat free. Dinner:  Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Parmesan Cheese (Shredded), Margarine (Vegetable Oil, 20% Fat), celery, Mushrooms, onion, Beef Outside Round (Steak, Lean Only, Trimmed to 0" Fat), Whole Wheat Rotini. Snacks/Other:  Premium Saltine Crackers Original, lipton chicken soup, Sugar, hamburger bun, Deli Turkey Breast, Instant Original Cereal, Tootsie Pop, pears, canned best choice.
